Digital credits
JobScans.in sells prepaid credits used for digital AI features (fitment scoring, CV improvement, cover letters). Credits are delivered to your account immediately after a successful payment.
Refunds
- Because credits are delivered instantly and consumed to generate digital output, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are used.
- Unused credits: if you bought credits in error and have not used them, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will consider a refund of the unused balance.
- Failed or duplicate charges: if you were charged but credits were not added, or you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the affected amount in full.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval.
How to request
Email contact@jobscans.in from your account email with your order/payment ID and the reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
