By using JobScans.in (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.

The Service

JobScans.in lets you search jobs and use AI features — a fitment score against your CV, tailored CV edits, and cover-letter generation — via our website and browser extension. Job listings are sourced from third-party providers; we don't guarantee their accuracy, availability, or completeness.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for activity under your account. New accounts receive complimentary credits, which may change at our discretion.

Credits

• Credits are a prepaid, digital entitlement to use paid features (e.g. scoring, CV improvement, cover letters).
• Credits are consumed as described in the app (for example, scoring 25 jobs uses 1 credit).
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value except as required by law. See our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service, attempt to bypass credit limits, resell access, or use it to violate any third party's terms or the law.

AI output

Fitment scores, CV edits, and cover letters are generated by AI and provided "as is." Review all output before relying on or submitting it. We are not responsible for hiring outcomes.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the Service, and may suspend accounts that violate them. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
